Join us in welcoming Amy Gianniny, Director of Property Management

We are pleased to announce that Amy Gianniny who hails from Lexington, Virginia is our new Director of Property Management. Originally from Richmond, Amy earned her Associate in Science degree in Equine Business Management at Southern Virginia University. Shortly after college, she moved to Lexington where she pursued a career in her chosen field of study and in 1999?she entered the real estate business.

Early on Amy cut her teeth in real estate in property management. In 2002 she established Lexington Company, a property management firm that began with a modest portfolio and has now grown to over three hundred properties. A portion of this company?s business also included a residential division which also expanded and today is ERA Premier Properties.

Amy is engaged in her community and involved in both the local and state Association of Realtors. Her accomplishments are numerous but let me give you just a few highlights of her career. She has served as past President of her local Association of Realtors, Chair of VAR Property Managers Council, is currently a VAR Certified Ethics Instructor and is a graduate of the VAR Leadership Academy. Always willing to step into a leadership role, Amy has been an active member of the Lexington Chamber of Commerce, has served on numerous community boards and has been the past President of the Lexington-Rockbridge Jaycees?earning along the way the prestigious Virginia Jaycees Merit Award.

Amy plans to be in Virginia Beach on December 14 to begin to settle into her new home here in Hampton Roads. We look forward to the knowledge, experience and sheer enthusiasm this very talented lady will bring to the company and to Property Management. Please join me in welcoming Amy to our team!
